The range of vertical ASV air handling units (AHUs) are fully customisable to suit most project requirements. Designed for Australian conditions these units can be installed both indoors and outdoors.

Our Vertical ASV air handling units are designed and manufactured to meet requested airflow capabilities and are used for flexibility in hygienic and comfort applications.
Vertical ASV Features
Heavy duty galvanised sheet steel casing, powder coated on both sides.
Optional vee belt driven forward or backward curved fans.
EC and AC plug fans supplied as standard.
Hinged access doors.
Access space for coil cleaning and unit maintenance.
Heating coil - hot water or steam.
AS 3666 stainless steel drip tray.
Cooling coil - chilled water, direct expansion (DX) and glycol.
Complete unit certified to AHRI certification.
Double skin insulation available in 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 80mm and 100mm in Polyurethane, PIR or XFLAM EPS.

Optional fan / motor assembly mounted on anti-vibration mounts with flexible connection between the fan and casing.
Vee belt motor drive with taper lock pulleys.

Stainless steel drip tray.
Cooling coil, chilled water or direct expansion.
Eurovent certified performance (CW series only).
Coil and drain connection either side.
25mm or 50mm insulation with various linings, including double skin and polyurethane.
Selection
The model number designates nominal airflow in litres / second.
For example, ASV27 equals 2,700 l/s.
We offer a large range of cooling coil and heating coil sizes to satisfy the thermal capacities required.
Selection of the fan is made when operating pressure has been established.
Accessories
Filter plenum for either panel, deep bed, HEPA filters or combinations.
Mixing box for fresh air or return air.
